Antidepressants linked to non-Hodgkin lymphoma (Reuters)

Reuters - Long-term users of so-called tricyclic antidepressants are at increased risk of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), new research confirms.

Infertility affects 1 out of 6 couples. A lot of these couples go on to have unexplained infertility. I have been trying to conceive for over four glycocyamine supplement nutrition with no success. I have undergone many fertility treatments such as in virto fertilization.

They have still not found a reason of why I cannot get pregnant. In all my doctors appointments none of the doctors discussed how nutrition could play a role in my fertility. Foods have an affect on our hormone balance which plays a role in fertility.

Certain foods help in egg development, building of the endometrial lining, sperm count and quality. Organic foods are very beneficial in conception and fetal development. These foods contain a lot of necessary vitamins and minerals. Folic acid is one of the most important vitamins to take in pre-conception. Folic acid prevents birth defects.

If you have poor nutrition you could be putting toxins in your body that can decrease your chances of conceiving. There are studies that suggest that high consumptions of caffeine (3 cups or more) could decrease your chances of conceiving by over 27 percent.

I highly recommend reading Fertility & Conception by Zita West. This book is a great resource as a way to get pregnant naturally. The book outlines proper foods that should be eaten during certain times of your cycle and which foods to avoid to increase your chances of getting pregnant. Since I have changed my diet I am already seeing a change in my cycles and my overall health.

I am now on the path to conceiving naturally.
